How personal data are processed and protected by D3S a.s.

Effective as of 25 May 2018, European regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“General Data Protection Regulation” or GDPR) protects the personal data of natural persons in the Czech Republic, as well of foreign persons whose personal data are processed in the Czech Republic.

Under GDPR, data controllers must identify how personal data is being processed (see “Information Memorandum”) and must provide a means for data subjects to apply their rights under GDPR (see “Request”). To that end, D3S a.s. has published an “Information Memorandum” that describes the scope of personal data collected and how personal data is processed, as well as a “Request” form that allows data subjects to submit requests according to their rights under GDPR.
